What do my points mean?
Points record participation in the research network. They are not tokens or a redeemable balance. Future airdrop eligibility, the allocation formula and whether pilot points qualify will be announced separately.
What earns points?
60 points per ready hour, up to 12 hours per UTC day across your computers. Daily check-ins earn 20–50 points after one ready minute. Accepted research tasks earn 10 points, up to 200 research points per UTC day. Model results require team review. Community missions are shown with their current availability. The private pilot may award introduction 50, Discord welcome 100, reviewed X follow 100 and seven-day Discord return 50 once each. X follow points are disabled for public enrolment pending provider-policy review. Visiting a link never earns points.
What runs on my computer?
Only supported numerical tasks and explicitly configured model requests. One task runs at a time. Stop or pause cancels current work. No arbitrary scripts, automatic model downloads, or Windows startup registration.
What is shared with LAYAI?
Your device name, connection status, coarse CPU/memory measurements and research results. Power and keyboard/mouse idle status stay on your computer. Device measurements do not award points. Sign-in does not request wallet funds, keys or token permissions.
What happens when I close the window?
Choose whether closing the window keeps LAYAI in the tray or quits. Sharing continues only if you started it. Use Stop to end sharing, or Quit LAYAI to close the app completely.
